KNOW ALL YE MEN, the following documents are hereby filed and recorded into the Public Record for Public Notice herein attached are the Notice of Objection - Order to Cease and Desist and Certificate of Oyer and Service.
The Interim Provisional Government Council has authorized the Daniel Sibonga, Minister of the Interior to file and record the attached documents for the Public Record, the documents are true and correct and are filed and recorded in good faith.

Order to Cease and Desist
Whereas the de jure Kingdom of Hawai’i, through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government, hereby gives this Notice of Objection to "James Akahi" also known as "Akahi Nui".
Whereas at no time was there any authorization, permission, grant, license, approval, sanction, or consent from the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government. James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui is not lawfully qualified pursuant to the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the Laws pursuant thereof.
Whereas James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui is not a Citizen or Subject of the Kingdom of Hawai`i, nor did he ever apply for Citizenship with the Minister of the Interior.
Whereas all documents filed by James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui of his claims to the kingdom, in the Bureau of Conveyances of the de facto "State of Hawaii" are void ab initio and have no effect in regards to the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the Constitution of the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the Laws thereof.
Whereas James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui has claimed to be the King or the like of the Kingdom of Hawai`i and its government. James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui has no right, authority or power to act in the name of the Kingdom of Hawai`i or its government. Neither is James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui consistent with the Law of Nations.
Whereas James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui knowingly and willingly usurped authority, committing fraud, conspiracy, and treason against the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government Council, the Kingdom of Hawai`i, and its People. James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui you also are violating treaties between the united States of America and the Kingdom of Hawai`i pursuant to the Law of Nations.
Wherefore, James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui is hereby Ordered to Cease and Desist all activities of the de jure Government. James Akahi a.k.a. Akahi Nui you are also Commanded to Cease and Desist from using the authority or name of the Kingdom of Hawai`i, Hawaiian Kingdom, Government of the Hawaiian Islands, and so forth. Effective immediately.
The Kingdom of Hawai`i through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government by the authority of Constitution and Laws of the Kingdom of Hawai`i present this "Notice of Objection" and "Cease and Desist".
Done so this 19th day of February, 1998 Anno Domini, at Kaneohe, Kingdom of Hawai`i.

I, Kanohowailuku Koko, hereby certify that on February 22, 1998, I did personally appear at the Iolani Palace, in the City of Honolulu, Kingdom of Hawai`i, at the proposed coronation of James Akahi also known as Akahi Nui, and did there and then publicly serve the foregoing "Notice of Objection and Order To Cease And Desist", along with attachments, including but not limited to, the "Position Paper With Authorities" issued by Interim Provisional Government Council, upon James Akahi, whereby due Notice of lack of authority and usurpation were declared and directive to cease and desist issued and served for good cause shown.
