     The de jure Interim Provisional Government Council (Privy Council) of the Kingdom of Hawai’i has authorized Daniel Sibonga, Minister of the Interior to file and record the attached and incorporated herein document entitled "NOTICE OF OBJECTION – CEASE AND DESIST" for the Public Record, the document is true and correct and is filed and recorded in good faith.

     NOTICE OF OBJECTION – CEASE AND DESIST

Whereas the de jure Kingdom of Hawai’i, through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government, hereby gives this NOTICE OF OBJECTION to "Hawaiian Kingdom Trust Company" and "Perfect Title Company".

Whereas at no time was there any authorization, permission, grant, license, approval, sanction, or consent from the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government or the Minister of the Interior.  Neither the "Hawaiian Kingdom Trust Company" or "Perfect Title Company" are lawfully licensed, registered, or operating in the Kingdom of Hawaii and the Laws pursuant thereof.

Whereas Don Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai are not Citizens or Subjects of the Kingdom of Hawai’i, nor have they ever applied for Citizenship with the Minister of the Interior.

Whereas "Deed of General Partnership" filed November 27, 1995 with Document No: 95-153346; "Deed of General Partnership" filed January 2, 1996 with Document No: 96-000263; "Deed of Trust" filed January 3, 1996 with Document No: 96-000664; "Agreement" filed February 7, 1996 with Document No: 96-016046; all aforementioned Documents recorded in Bureau of Conveyances of the de facto "STATE OF HAWAII" are void ab initio and have no effect in regards to the Kingdom of Hawai’i and the Laws thereof.

Whereas Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai have claimed to be the absentee government. Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai have no right, authority or power to act in the name of the Kingdom of Hawai’i or its government. Neither are Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai consistent with the Law of Nations.

Whereas Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai knowingly and willingly usurped authority, committing fraud, conspiracy, and treason against the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government Council, the Kingdom of Hawai’i, and its People.  Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai have used the Kingdom of Hawai’i and the Laws thereof to mislead and defraud the People and obtain money, funds, property, and the like, and cause injury to many innocent and naïve parties.  You also are violating treaties between the united States of America and the Kingdom of Hawai’i pursuant to the Law of Nations.

Whereas the Privy Council for the Kingdom of Hawai’i has authorized Minister of the Interior for the Kingdom of Hawai’i to hereby formally demand Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai, and their fictional entities "Hawaiian Kingdom Trust Company" and Perfect Title Company" to turn over all books, documents, records, papers, audio tapes, or the like and all taxes, fines, duties, impost, and money collected and or received in the name of the Kingdom of Hawai’i, Hawaiian Kingdom, Government of the Hawaiian Islands, and so forth.

Therefore, Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai, and your fictional creations "Hawaiian Kingdom Trust Company" and Perfect Title Company" are hereby ORDERED to CEASE AND DESIST all activities of the de jure Government.  You are also Commanded to Cease and Desist from doing any business or commerce with any People of Hawai’i using the authority or name of the Kingdom of Hawai’i, Hawaiian Kingdom, Government of the Hawaiian Islands, an so forth.  Effective immediately and you have twenty (20) days transfer all items demanded to the de jure Minister of the Interior.

If you do not comply with these demands, the Kingdom of Hawai’i through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government reserves all rights and powers to take action in law, sue in equity in the court of the Kingdom of Hawai’i, and if necessary in the court of the united States of America, since Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai are Citizens of the United States. The Kingdom of Hawai’i through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government reserves all rights and powers to arrest, seize, sequester any persons or properties involved or conspiring in this matter.  Donald Anthony Lewis and David Keanu Sai should take note that Kingdom of Hawai’i, if requested will give information to any foreign government to assist in prosecuting any violations of law foreign and domestic including but not limited to the Law of Nations.

The Kingdom of Hawai’i through the Privy Council of the Interim Provisional Government by the authority of Constitution and Laws of the Kingdom of Hawai’i present this "NOTICE OF OBJECTION" and "CEASE AND DESIST".
