     KNOW ALL YE MEN, the following amendments to documents filed and recorded into the Public Record for Public Notice with DOCUMENT NO. 94-172150, Titled Constitution for the Kingdom of Hawai段 1887; Article XXXII, Sections 780 to 814 of the Compiled Laws of 1884.

The Amendments are enumerated as follows:

1. The Election scheduled for November 23, 1995 has been postponed until;

2. Article 58 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Hawai段 has been completed, and the pro tern election inspectors appointed;

3. Notice will be given to the People of Hawai段 ample time prior the amended and revised scheduled election date.
